WHO WE ARE

Founding member Erik Coleman has a long history with Sri Lanka having been involved with the relief efforts for the 2004 tsunami. With the strong relationships built over that time the seeds had been planted for a longer commitment to Sri Lanka and Erik and his family settled here full time in 2009.

Koombi Galle (pvt) Ltd are Project Managers and Quantity Surveyors specialising in the construction of villas and boutique hotels in Southern Sri Lanka. Incorporated in 2012 we have a wide portfolio of projects covering different styles and scopes, from modest one bedroom beach huts to luxury boutique hotels.

WHAT WE DO

PROJECT MANAGEMENT

Feasibility assessments, setting briefs, design consultation, implementation. Client side and site project management. Manage time, quality and cost. Form project inception through tendering and construction. Oversee 1st year of operations.

QUANTITY SURVEYING

Financial controls. Consultation on costs associated with proposed sites, feasibility, business proposal, engineer's estimates and bill of quantities, value engineering, bill verification.

PLANNING

Consulting on planning requirements, regulations, costs and processes. Seeing the applications through submittal to certificate of completion.
